About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- coordinate daily construction activities, subcontractors and site resources
- manage RFIs, ITPs, quality records and other project documentation
- support construction planning, programming and procurement
- monitor site productivity, costs, progress and subcontractor performance
- ensure works comply with drawings, specifications and quality requirements
- contribute to cost tracking, forecasting and project reporting
- resolve technical and construction issues with the wider project team
- build effective relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders
- support the safe, timely and commercially successful delivery of roadworks.
About you
- a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering recognised by Engineers Australia
- a minimum of three years’ post-graduate civil construction experience
- demonstrated experience delivering road infrastructure projects in Australia
- experience coordinating subcontractors, site activities and construction resources
- knowledge of road construction methodologies, quality systems and project controls
- the ability to interpret drawings, specifications and construction documentation
- strong communication, stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills
- a commitment to safety, quality and environmental outcomes
- capacity to work across project locations within Western Sydney.
