  • Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities
  • Maintain accurate project records and document control systems
  • Work collaboratively with project delivery teams to achieve project objectives
  • Ensure compliance with project, safety, environmental and quality requirements

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will be commercially focused, highly organised and capable of managing competing priorities in a dynamic project environment.

You will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Economics, Law, Business or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a Contracts Administrator or Commercial Administrator role
  • Experience working on civil infrastructure, road, bridge, rail, utilities or major construction projects
  • Proven experience managing subcontractor and supplier contracts
  • Strong understanding of procurement, project financial controls and cost management
  • Experience administering contract variations, progress claims and payment schedules
