About the Role

Due to our growing pipeline of work, we are seeking an experienced Landscape Leading Hand to join our North Queensland team.

Working closely with the Foreman, you will help lead crews, coordinate daily site activities and drive project delivery across a range of commercial landscape projects. You will play a key role in maintaining safety, quality and productivity on site while fostering a positive team culture.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Proven experience in commercial landscaping
• Demonstrated leadership and team coordination skills
• Experience managing labour, subcontractors and suppliers
• Strong understanding of safety and environmental requirements
• Experience delivering hardscape and/or softscape works
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
