About the Role

As a Quality Advisor, you will support the project team to ensure works are delivered in accordance with quality requirements, specifications and standards. Working closely with the Quality Manager and engineering team, you will assist with inspections, documentation and compliance, contributing to a strong “get it right first time” culture.
 
The Charmhaven WWTP upgrade is a key infrastructure project delivering improved wastewater treatment capacity and environmental outcomes for the Central Coast region. This is a site-based role, requiring you to be residing on the Central Coast or within a reasonable daily commuting distance.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of the Quality Management Plan (QMP) and ITPs
  • Assist with site inspections, surveillance and quality verification activities
  • Maintain accurate lot records, registers and quality documentation
  • Assist in preparing NCRs and corrective actions with the project team
  • Ensure works align with project specifications and standards
  • Coordinate quality documentation from subcontractors and suppliers
  • Support quality reporting and compliance tracking
  • Identify non-conformances and escalate as required
  • Promote a proactive, site-based quality culture

 

Skills and Experience

  • Degree-qualified in Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (essential)
  • Experience in civil construction, utilities or infrastructure projects
  • Exposure to quality systems, inspections and site documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work closely with site teams and subcontractors
  • Based on (or willing to relocate to) the Central Coast region
